The best ones from last year were a primark onesie in camoflage print and a mankini for a couple of the guys on my team
A particularly vain guy got a huge bar of chocolate with a wrapper mocked up with his name on it a la "if he was chocolate he'd eat himself"
We pull no punches
Sounds like our workplace - got the boss a mankini a couple of years ago. Last year he got this:

 Sadly, no longer available (although there is a download book with a similar title).0 -
My group of friends decided to Secret Santa this year and it was such a hit that we decided to all get together in June and do it again except for birthday presents instead of Christmas!
We splashed out and went for £15 limit but there was a lot of small stuff for people to open, I got a gin & tonic icecube tray with to make Titanic and iceberg shaped icecubes as I work at sea and if someone ever comes up with an experiment to say that gin n tonic is good for you then I would drink it every single day! (I'm not an alcoholic, i promise, (she says as she takes another sip of red wine)) There were mugs, personalised gifts and all sorts of fun things.0
