Orange network fault?

I cant call Orange as my phone wont make or receive calls. Does anyone know if Orange are having faults in the York area?
As at End of June 2014
Credit Cards - HSBC - £9422
Loans - NRAM £7500 & £12848

    Try manually switching to 2G by disabling 3G. If there's a location-specific network fault, it's often confined to 3G, and 2G continues to work fine.

    Failing the above advice, manually select T-Mobile as your network.

    Both 2g and 3g are affected as I cant call out on either.

    maybe your out going services have been blocked maybe due to unpaid/late bill or you have gone over your credit limit
