I know - the problem is had I realised I was going to end up paying the extra £5 I would have gone with Sky who offer unlimited use for slightly less. I also understand that their service is better - I've had very slow internet problems since I changed to Plusnet.
Unless SKY have got their LLU equipment installed in your exchange your connection speed will be pretty much the same as Plusnet as its serviced by the same BT lines and equipment.
If so,SKY's standard package Connect(??) is reckoned to be a poor offering and certainly not unlimited,as far as I'm aware its 40MB pm.0 -
I have an update -
Spoke to Plusnet today. It'd cost me £90 to cancel my contract now so that option went out of the window. Instead I've upped my limit to 60 and it's only costing an extra £2.50 - happy days! Nothing I can do about slow speed will have to just get used to it.
Thanks for everyone's advice and help with this
