Need cheap mobile phone for MIL

I am after a cheap mobile phone for the mother In Law for Xmas - something around £30 or under - nothing fancy, just phone, text & half decent camera - No internet or anything like that!

She is on PAYG with Virgin

... for some reason the link doesn'r come up , it's Samsung C3050 £25+topup in CPW, and it's unlocked.
