Orange BB..double charge again!!!!!!!!!

For the second time in the last 3 months Orange have double charged me on the same month,anyone else with Orange check your card accounts or debit accounts,sure its not just me.
Have now given notice to cancel,customer service is like their product...crap..
and had to wait in a Q for the privalage of cancelling.Rant over.
