Morning all, Thought I would just check in and say I still only have two but am doing Friday big shop today so heres hoping.
One thing I did want to mention to you all is check your coins on google cos I have been told some are quite rare and may be worth a bit more then its face value.Of course I was told this after I had banked my £70 worth last week.
Hopefully back later to increase my total of the lovely shiny coins.

I got one of these elusive little blighters in my change from the fish shop today.

After I posted about getting 4 more, I went out to the Post Office and got another in my change. It's my birthday today and I got a large wad of US dollars for presents, so I'm now well on target for having a nice amount to spend when I go to New York at the end of May

got another one today. :j then hubby said he had one for me but then he spent it at Mr T:mad: apparently it was my fault as I asked him to surprise me with a posh yoghurt for pudding! Told him I'd rather have the £2 in the pot!!!!

I have £36 saved in £2 coins so far for which I am really grateful. I ended up in hospital unexpectedly 10 days ago, and the only money I have now I am back in the house is in £2 coins.

So I will use them until I am well enough to go out to the bank. I have just given my neighbour 5 of the lovely coins to get me some shopping in.
