  • Yay
I've been quiet for a week or so, and I apologise. The shock of the cost of fixing my car, followed by the arrival of my niece, followed by Christmas has meant I've barely had time for posting anywhere.
But 2 shiny £2 in change today, straight in the pot.

 Hello, may I join you please? I'm a long-time lurker on the Debt-Free Wannabe boards and have been inspired to join in as everyone seems so friendly and supportive.

I've just empied my £2 coin jar and bagged up £40 for the bank - yay! I had 2 x £2 coins left over, so they have been safely re-housed in the pot to start me off on this challenge. No target for me (other than trying to make a dent in my debt mountain) but I will get thinking as perhaps it would be more motivating to have something specific to aim for.

    Good luck everyone!

Can I join too:) I opened the one I saved for part of this year and had nearly £900 so I think I'm going to save until the end of Nov 2012 and hopefully have nearly £2000. It's in a sealed pot so I probably won't post how much I put in but will try to say hi now and again
Starting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them
