I had to do the court thing with my ex albeit access rather than residency. He lied and told tales about me, but the court saw through him. They aren't daft

good luck OP! Judges see through lies hun, they will look at all the evidence and statements etc and make the right decision - remember, the Court has the children's best interests in mind.0
