Im really struggling to understand the layout to be honest but I think it's likely that you can park there, it'll probably be a house nearby using his business (a farm in this case) to provide a little more of a professional look to his note.
If it was a real parking company they'd have clamped you already.0 -
If it's not private land, they have no right, no say.
I'd also be tempted to call up this company (the one you found on companies house) and start laying into them, odds on they don't realise they're being impersonated

If the land has been subject to a trigger event (sale, and so on), after 1988, you can find out from the Land Registry who actually owns the land. There is a fee, unfortunately, but if you live there, then it might be worth doing.
