NTL Back Statements

I wanted a copy of 5 of my broadband statements from NTL (for tax purposes) and was flabbergasted that they want £4 ... PER STATEMENT!!!

Sure they can't justify this - it's a blatant rip-off. The woman at NTL rolled out the old "it's to cover administration costs' chesnut, but surely it can't take more than 10 minutes to print out 5 statements and get them in the post.

Anyone got any ideas what I can do here?

Can't you print them off from your account online? I am with NTL FREEDOM and I can check my statements online, but they also send me monthly statements through the post without charge!

Mind you, I found out when I rang NTL the other day that they could not find me anywhere on their database - I discovered that NTL and
    NTL FREEDOM were totally different!

I view my statements on line so you could do the same and print them from there, mine are there from when i first joined NTL.

Go to https://www.ntlworld.co.uk and sign into your account and there is an otion to view bills.

I have managed to sign in, but can see no option to view my bills.

Oh well - I was signing the praises of NTL as I has absolutely no problems during the time I was connected (the only reason I left is because I couldn't get it in my new house) but this has made me decide I will never use them again.

    What a rip-off.
