Transfer within same provider

Does anyone know if you still need to complete a transfer form to transfer an ISA within the same provider if they have a better product?
Thanks :)

Phone your ISA provider and ask (They all operate their own way)

Don't phone the normal local branch number, find the phone number for their ISA team who will know the correct answer.
