One. And it aint even mine, it's hubby's with me as an additional card holder. Limit is £2k and it's used for our monthly purchases (groceries etc) and paid off in full each month.Rule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.

The only one I use and pay off each month is my former Egg money card.
I use this to pay for groceries, council tax and water bill. I will not set up a dd for the last two because there is no incentive. Besides I get cash back at the year end.0 -
I have 3 cards with combined credit of about 12k. 5k in balance transfers on two of them at 0% the third card balance is currently 0 as the 0% balance transfer period expired. There's no sense crying over every mistake.
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.0 -
You can try again.0

I have one. The credit limit on it is 20% of my annual salary (this seems quite high, is it?).
I only use it for buying things on the internet and I never pay interest.0 -

Yes it's high, which is good as it proves they think you are a good risk.
Other lenders may well take this into account.
It's high, but not totally out of the ordinary for people to get high limits.
I have 20% on my Halifax Clarity card. Some companies give higher limits than others.0 -
One of my MBNA cards has a limit which is 49% of my salary.LittleMissAspie wrote: »I have one. The credit limit on it is 20% of my annual salary (this seems quite high, is it?).0 -

Three, one which is never used with a £500 limit which I requested at that level. One with a £4000 limit which is used for Tesco Clubcard points, paid off in full each month, and another with a £3000 (spent £2500!) limit with 14 months of a 15 month 0% on purchases remaining, will be minimum payment until the 15 months expires then pay off in full.0

5 cards with a total limit of £32,300.
Barclaycard Visa - don't use
Barclaycard Mastercard - don't use
Barclaycard Visa Onepulse - only use the "Oyster" function of the card (electronic ticket used on public transport in London), but otherwise don't use
American Express cashback credit card - used on all purchases relating to my business (where accepted), spend is over £10,000 a year anyway so the full 1.5% cashback rate is achieved.
Capital One Mastercard - recently applied, to make use of the 5% cashback on £2,000 purchases (in first 3 months), used where American Express is not accepted (for business and personal expenditure).
All cards paid off in full.
Finally an American Express charge card - used for personal expenses, as mentioned, Capital One Mastercard is used where American Express is not accepted.
Did used to use the Barclaycards (Visa for personal, Mastercard for business) before I had the American Express cards.0
