eBay car not as described - unpaid item strike

Friend bid and won a car on the bay of e. Went to collect it but after a good look found it was not as described in the auction. Friend walked away. Now the seller has opened a case with eBay and so a non-payment strike is pending. eBay don't seem to allow any buyer rights within the Motors part of eBay. So basically you…

Seller might be shooting himself in the foot here, when he tries to resell it and buyers find the car has been sold but buyer didn't complete they should wonder why, i would.
