O2's New "Fair Deal" for existing customers
Due to upgrade in the next few weeks. Just posting to see if anybody has yet taken advantage of O2's new Fair Deal service? (apparently launched on 29th January).
Basically for anyone who is not familiar with it, O2 will now give the same deals for existing customers as they do for new customers. Looks like upgrade charges are now a thing of the past on O2!
Cheers
Rob

I will post this on the huge O2 retentions thread shortly, but basically yes it does seem a lot better now. It took me 3 calls in the last 2 weeks to get what I wanted, but basically have settled on:
18 month contract
£35 per month (nominal) for 600 mins and 500 texts
£250 automatic cashback (£125 month 5 and £125 month 16)
Free phone (SE W850i)
Therefore this basically works out at about £21 per month after the cashback! Not bad at all.0
