This is a totally mis-managed place. The queues especially at week-ends are sooo long but still the management won't bother to open more check-outs. And the ones which are open are so slow that they take more than 5 to 10 minutes per head and keep having to call a supervisor because they are not properly trained to handle the problem themselves. Very often the movie would have started by the time you manage to buy the tickets and get inside.
Wandsworth cineworld also need more staffing during week-ends.

Visited Enfield Cineworld and had the same problem. Spotted the manager and complained to her. She said that tickets could be purchased from anywhere in the cinema with a till - the bar, popcorn kiosk, sweet kiosk etc... As we had vouchers for free popcorn and drinks we joined the popcorn queue and were served in a couple of minutes. Other people in the ticket queue heard my conversation but stayed put. They were presumably still queuing as we settled down fior the start of the movie.0 -
I agree. The Feltham Cineworld is useless. My neighbour complained and got £20 of vouchers.
The Vue in Staines is better0 -
Cineworld, Leisure West, Parking Scam...
Sadly, Should you venture there to watch a film or go bowling, then maybe get something to eat. Then A few days later, you can enjoy receiving a Parking Ticket in the post stating that you parked in the car park for too long.
So be warned, either don't eat there and/or watch how long you have been parked, or you could let Cineworld, Leisure West, know that you don't like being scammed by rip off company's, and go somewhere else.0 -
If you do get such a parking ticket, head off to the Parking Board where knowledgeable people will advise you how to deal with it.ukdirector wrote: »Cineworld, Leisure West, Parking Scam...
