a firm waits 8 years to chase a debt and they don't have proof of the debt. if you were not a troll it would be excellent news for your husband. its statute barred and un inforcable with out the agreement . so why did you post you knew this.0

He got a letter today from 1st credit offering to let him pay less, eg 10%this month etc.Still haven't got the CCA and it's over 12 days now, so not sure what to do next,:o
