My phone line is due to be put over to you on the 19th but i dont have a account number yet when will i get this.
I Cant get on the forums as i dont have an account number and i dont have twitter.
Also the indian call centre are not helping at all

You should have received a Welcome letter which (I believe) includes your account number. Have you not? (When did you order TT?). You should also have received an email from TT - have you?

Can you confirm if you do have the welcome pack as this does contain the necessary information and should arrive before the go live date.

@Sooler - Im unsure of the nature of your point. The TTMF forum is for existing customers to obtain support. Its not accessible to prospective customers to post as you require an active TT account in order to register. As such the OP may not be in a position yet that they would be able to access the forum. During this time all queries related to the sale, should be directed to the sales teams as advised above.
