Paypal wasted no time in giving me a full refund.

Now, how do I negative rate this swine, without being unfairly negatively rated by them - or is this not possible?
  • Don't worry about the feedback that you get. The seller can only leave you positive or none at all, and if they leave positive feedback but with a negative comment then you can apply to get it removed.

Be careful with the feedback that you leave as you don't want to give your seller any reason to get it removed. You shouldn't mention that you had to raise a dispute nor should you call him an idiot (however true it may be).

Something direct and to the point such as "refused to post goods despite charging £10 P&P"

    Ive left negative feedback.

Now received a message from ebay:-

xxxxxxx recently opened a case to cancel a transaction for an item you recently purchased: [Item] .

Reason for request to cancel the transaction: The seller sold the item to another buyer.

Click the 'Respond now' button to accept or decline this cancellation.

If you don't take action by 26-Dec-2011, the seller will be able to cancel the purchase without your consent.

    ---

I opened this case. I requested the refunded, which was awarded. As far as I know, case closed. Dont understand why this message has come up.

Seems like the seller is trying to pull a fast one by making out that I was to blame fore the non-sale, and that he has now sold the item else where! (I was the only bidder!!!)
  • press decline, if you leave it or accept he'll get all his fees back

Dont cancel the sale - just refuse it. He wants his ebay fees back - but does not deserve them.

Was this an item where £10 would seem reasonable for p+p or had he just made a mistake in the listing?
    Can I help?
