Idiot seller wont send me items!

'Idiot' listed an item

Free collection or £10 delivery

I paid the £10 delivery

Now he wont despatch the item, saying that it was 'collection' only, despite him charging £10 p&p

Getting sick of ebay!!!

Not getting this item has really messed up a lot of plans!!!

Just do a full INR chargeback through paypal and then once you have your feedback leave appropriate feedback and stars.

I am looking elsewhere for this item. Idiot has confirmed he wont send it unless I pick it up.

Ebay say its too earlyto flag this item as the auction only ended 3 days ago and I should wait until the 19 Dec to receive it!

Whats the quickest way for me to get a ful refund from this idiot?

INR= Item not received. Log into paypal and open a full chargeback stating that your item has not arrived.

I'd be interested in looking at the e-bay page you refer to. A link?
Yes, I usually tell it as I see it and respond where I see the need, but never are my comments ment to be taken personally.

Unfortunately you have to wait until 7 days from payment to open a paypal chargeback- if seller makes you wait that long then just remember the delay when levaing feedback and stars.

As it hasn't been 7 days yet it is probably a basic dispute- you should be able to escalate it to a full chargeback on day 7.
