Welshgirl 78 – well done on not smoking!
Tryinghard – boo for garage bills, and boo for bullies! Sorry to hear that you are having a carp timeof it! Bullies make me really angry tbh grrrrrr. Hope something new comes up soon.
Elly – well done on the job, just glad that little extra iscoming : )
As for me last month was a real in and out month, lotscoming in and lots of outgoings. Had tocollect my mother from the airport, a really expensive trip that cost me£70!!!!!! (one way!!!!!) And had lots of household bits and pieces, plus nights and meals outthat I could not get out of L
So this month is a real belt tighten, no eating out albeitcheaply. Other than that just focused ondoing a lot of marketing for the business over the next few weeks. It is reaching a tipping point, but the thingabout marketing is that it never stops you can’t take your foot off thepeddle! So, just trying to work outanother online marketing strategy and raising my profile as much as possible, it’sgetting there; but at times it can be difficult! Made a bit of overtime money but now hittingthe Catch22 could do more if I worked less at the day job, but I need the dayjob to do the side job! Gah!
I also have a villerequest!10K 2010 challenge £3202.59/£10000
11K 2011 challenge: £1023/£11000
12K 2012 challenge: £5896.33/£12000
£2021 in 2021 challenge: £605.02/£2021
Debt free wannabe: £24695/£24695 - Debt free date: November 20210 -
Good Morning Everyone
Have been awol for a while. Sorry.
Lots going on, OH had pneumonia so not much done. Also I've had a sore back for a while although it's starting to ease off a bit now.
Anyway April is picking up a bit. Sold OH's old mobility scooter, plus another few bits and pieces. £350 to the pot this week.
Like many of you though I don't seem to be saving much - money seems to be going out as fast as it's coming in. It's just the way sometimes.
I've gone back to keeping a spending diary and trying to cut back on the housekeeping bills.
Today will do some more decluttering - see what else I can find to sell.0 -
