    Happy morning so far...
Got a phone call last night with regards to a project that I'm really excited about!
My line manager spoke to me this morning about my head office requesting that I work a day a week or a fortnight with them (so excited about that)...
other than that just working on getting the rest of my life sorted, so it feels really good this Frida. I feel so happy :))))

Other than that... last one of the week... I have a new ville request ;)
Wishing you all an amazing weekend.

@lessonlearned we all have a month don't worry about it, the trick is to keep going :))))) and you have got a great total so far. Good going!!!

I would like to do this too. I am aiming for the full £12,000 in 2012 but I only started today. I have set up an eb ay account and am just waiting to finalise my paypal account. I have a house full of stuff to get rid off and I am looking at making this £12k rather than saving. It gets too confusing for me - all that juggling numbers etc. I am only counting money that goes into the bank. I sold a couple of broken gold chains today for scrap and also I found a bracelet last year. I handed it in but after 6 months it wasn't claimed so I got it. Turned out is was solid white gold with diamond chippings! In the past I would have used that extra money on treats but I marched straight to the bank and put it in. I am feeling very proud of myself knowing that it is all going towards the repairs and redecorating we need to do this year.

  • Evening all, hope you are doing well.

I was... but not anymore... had a matched betting disaster... backed and backed the same market - which lost.... think that was about -£170 in one fell swoop :( As it was extras it is money I can afford to lose, but has obviously driven me mad - I guess I should be grateful the odds were not any higher.

Enough, moving on! Will not be buying Easter eggs so will not be partaking in the challenge, does buying (not entirely needed but treating myself) things from Body Shop count?!?!?

GL with the continuted money making - March onwards and upwards :D

Updated my total so far, and it isn't on target to hit 12k, but it's all adding up and helping the income. Have been told I've got a bonus and a payrise as of 1st of March, and when the bonus comes in I'll throw that on the figures.
    DFW - DEBT FREEEEEE!

    Total - 10762/10762 :)

Every silver lining has its cloud.

well got a question for you

a fulltime practice nurse job has come up ,my jobshare is applying .if i thought she would definately get it and i could increase my hours ie her hours i would not apply.
    the problem is

1 what if she doesnt get it

2 what ifshe does get it and i dont get offered her hours often gps prefer 2 part timers which is why full time posts dont come up very often

3 if i do apply do i tell her i've applied or only tell if i get an interview or only tell when i hand in my notice .

lifes never easy on a plus note i have an interview for an extra 12hrs next week
So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x
  • halfway through March, and amazingly almost a quarter of the year gone.

    How's everyone doing?

Easy to lose momentum, so what can we do to help each other make even more money?

I've been trying to maximise returns from matched bets on the bookie bonuses on the Cheltenham festival this week - over £70 so far with one matched bet still to come for a guaranteed £15.
