Talk Talk- AVOID AVOID!!

I don't know where to strart with these guys but please I urge you never sign up for them. Their tech support (and you will need it) is grim- I got sent to so many different depts and went through the same seurity questions etc each time. Here's a summary of my issues- I have had much more since but have given up keeping records as they will never let me escape without paying all the rest of my contract:
Couldn’t access e-mail/account dates:
27/9/11- Error message
29/9/11- “ “
02/10/11- just not loading
03.10.11-
10.10.11- Error message
Called (44 minutes) told it will cost £76 to leave asked to put through to someone else
11.10.11- error message (search app)
-Called (50 minutes) asked to put through to someone who transferred 3 times I spoke to a Jay- Manager (couldn't give his second name due to security reasons and said his job title was 'Manager'- of what I said? just manager he said) who refused to put me through to his boss. I am now to give the technical guys time to fix the problem.
16.10.11- opened a couple of e-mails then couldn’t get into any more (twirly thing going endlessly).
17.10.11- opened a couple of e-mails then couldn’t get into them any more (twirly thing going endlessly). Called tech support (~40-50 minutes)- progress- technical dept couldn’t tell me what had been done to resolve my problem- Roger. Will pass me through to tiscali tech support. (08712223311).
Nilesh at tiscali says there is no record of a fault reported and there has been no phone call since 30th August. Nilesh then says I gave him the wrong number- which wasn’t true. He then cut me off and put me onto an automated survey.
[FONT=&quot]Called back on the tiscali number given by Roger- It’s actually TalkTalk. Ask to get put through to tiscali help- after 18 minutes got through....:mad:

  • They wont let you leave your contract for free because you cant access your email.
    Why dont you just use a free email provider instead

    Could you open your mail via the Tiscali Web Mail on the above 5 dates .
    What email client where you using .

    Error could be at the TT end or a problem at your end .
