sorry for the confusion,it's just that most of the items she has bought on e-bay she is either selling in her shop or advertising them on her facebook page,i have no objections to someone buying and selling on for a profit, but i do object to if you can't sell it on and want a refund

And me, OP if it's not your dress why does it matter to you. Or has she bought something from you that she's tried to sell on her website, can't & now wants to return to you?
She doesn't seem to be hiding the fact that she has a website as she's using the same name for ebay & the website.

I've just realised this is your other thread:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3608945=

In that thread the buyer requested a refund 9 days after you sent it- so about the correct time for a busy seller to receive a dress, unpack it and check it over and then contact you if she thought it was not as described.

However, I thought that was all resolved now- isn't she out of time for a claim? If so then I really wouldn't stress about her selling on your dress.

correct she wants to return the item, but her 45 days are up today,i know i'm making a bit of a fuss but it just annoyed me.i was just lucky to stumble across her website,it was with her buying so many items at all different sizes that made me wonder if she was buying to sell on,and she was the one that said she didn't ask for a refund for about 35 days after she purchased the item because she was too busy to be on ebay

Has she opened a dispute or just asked you for a refund?
Did she buy from you a new with tags dress that she's been trying to sell on her website as used?
