Maybe she wants to swap yours with an inferior one from her shop!
What is she asking from you?

It does look like the same one- however you do appear to be a business so really should be accepting the return request.

Just ask her about the conection between your auction and the dress showing on her website that is for sale.
Take a printout of the webpage and contact Ebay about your findings if they raise a dispute.
  • Isn't the dress on the website different as it is used.

If you sold something BNWT it would have to be returned with tags wouldn't it?

Playing devils advocate - how would you try to explain so many brand new items from Marks and Sparks in varying sizes just happening to lying around your house?

You currently have 13 brand new items of clothing and have 51 in your completed listis for the past 14 days- all new and all different sizes. I have a contact via a charity I worked for who was forced to upgrade to a business selelr last year- she sold far less M and S stuff than you and she just happened to live within a 20 minute drive of one of those lovely M and S Outlet shops.

Your Goofbay history is interesting and I would strongly suggest you ask for this thread to be deleted before too much harm is done. You have bene lucky so far to escape the attention of ebay- and posting on here often seems to bring things to the attention of ebay via casual browsers.

Normally I would suggest contacting ebay- but in view of the amount of brand new items being sold by the seller (see my other posts) I think I would urge caution with bringing this to the attention of ebay.

the dress i pointed out is not the dress i sold,it was just an example of what she has bought and what she is selling on her website

Apologies then , I read the opening post as being that you sold a dress that has now appeared on her website. Yes she appears to be selling on goods- but if that isn't your dress I can't quite see the relevance? I openly state on here that I buy on ebay and then resell on ebay at a profit- and I suspect I am not alone.
