Get a John Lewis card - they seem to let you use every discount code at least once (even all of the 'new customer first online purchase' ones), with no comebacks. Also, John Lewis card is the lowest APR store card there is (12-16% rather than 33%) and there are no penalty charges if you forget to pay occasionally!!British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -

Its a gift for OH, is this better or worse? Do I ring and complain, delivery note says Sony and sticker on Tom Tom Box says Sony

Sounds like a fair swap. New TT1's are about £170 new. Find some reviews about the TT1 and compare to the Sony. To me it seems like a good deal.
You can always get your money back as they have sent you the wrong product and it should be free to return as its their mistake.0 -
