Not too difficult, PaP - just divide the amount you've saved by 25 - £110 divided by 25 = 4.4%

woo hooo thanks rog. But say the ammount is £4,000 you would divide by 40?
I just read. I hope it does go in. Do you need anything for xmas or are you sorted? Is your daughter coming home?0 -

Absolutely correct, PaP - if it were £3,700, you just divide by 37 - and so it goes. A pure mathemetician would give you the proper formula, but it works out exactly the same, with less effort.
My youngest daughter came home this evening, thanks. :T
Edited - everything sorted for Christmas - thanks PaP.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

Very pleased PaP - The whole family will be around for Christmas - we have shared the cost, so it will work out cheaper for everybody.
My wife is in Italy for her niece's wedding, but comes back on Christmas Eve - she will be bringing her sister - and lots of Italian goodies. :T :T
I am starting to look forward to it - was feeling a bit down earlier. :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

I get more pleasure from giving presents than receiving them, PaP - but I do enjoy getting the odd surprise - I have, specifically, told the family not to spend much on any present for me, I would prefer if they just brought a bottle of wine, then we can all enjoy it.
PaP - I would LOVE to go back to live in Italy - but it's not a serious option at the moment. I will, however, be going accross on business in the New Year, if my current project takes off.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser.
