:j virgon money is in my spending acount, i cant believe i have the same amount (just) in my two accounts that i did on pay day :rotfl:
shoping ~ i am hoping to go but and its a big but, i really want to get most (1/2 remaining) of my cross sticth done this weekend as i only have 3 more days off and one more weekend before giving it to her  but saying that i really really need rabbit food so i must go out for that, oh and a birthday card for my sister
now dilema with my money... virgin has now payed out :j ~
1) Do i keep it all sat in the current accounts ready for payday friday 14th?
2) Do i put it all into my savings accounts (except whats needed for bills before payday)?
3) Do i book the holiday with my mum online/in the travel agents?
mum has now all but 2 months (however she is trying for a f&f settlement) payed all her debt to capital one offwith my help/organisation i may add  so each week instead of me giving her her £100 per month living money (£45 covers the bt bll which i pay ) she wants it payed off the holiday and then saved for spending money... which is fine i can do that within my ING accounts
so decisions
anyway while i was typing this the xmas gift ordered from tesco arrived :j its perfect and i am about to hide it in my prezzie cupboard0 -
Hi Pap,
Im glad that life is really looking up for you and that you have reformed your mum as well. You seem so much happier now. Im glad youre going on holiday twice and that everything is working out well with college, driving etc. I even guessed that you were buying a double bed. Anyway, well done. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0 -
hi pap
have you checked quidco/topcash to see if there are any offers on booking hols - Think there are some in the travel sections may be worth a look before you book in town:D
Sounds like you are finally sorting your mum out too, and at least you won't have to worry about her paying for the holiday if you have the money saved in your accounts;)
i made another £8.25 today on quidco for my holiday challenge by ordering a sat nav for OH. Every little helps - now upto £388.76:j
hope you enjoyed the shopping - did you get any bargains today???

sm ~ thanks for the tips...
holiday ~ i cant book with cash back as it needs to be with first choice (i think) as we have some 'love to travel' vouchers (£100) that i am sure can only be used in first choice
mum ~ yes, its hard but we will get tehre. She doesnt understand though that when she shops after work sometimes £5 a time although they are bargains its money she hasnt really got :wall:

Hi pap
Will need about £1200 for hols for 4 adult prices me, OH DD and DS. So still a long way to go but a good start anyway:Dand my £2 coins are building up nicely for spends:D
Funny enough i was going to suggest new PJ's to go with your new bed:j
Have you checked the terms and conditions on the vouchers?? If its only £100 worth you might be able to find a better deal on internet and sell vouchers on e bay. We saved around £400 on travel agent price of our hols last time by checking online first.
