British Gas bill seems ridiculous, is it?

I am amazed how low that is. I had the heating on 4 hours today (1 radiator) and two baths were run. Also heated up some water for a 2 boiled eggs (glamorous)..I used a total 2.5 Imperial units today..(i am watching that meter like a hawk now). This does not seem right. Anyone think my Saunier Duval boiler is ripping me off? I mean kazipoo's usage seems so so much less than mine..in such a bigger place over a long time frame, something doesn't fit here..
I don't have my heating up to 30 degrees, that will surely make a huge difference. We have a shower and we also have instant hot water, don't know whether that makes a difference. Plus, like I said previously, I am mean, I make everyone use blankets wherever possible and close blinds and curtains once its dark. I also have a condenser tumble dryer, which throws out loads of heat, so I kill two birds and turn the heating off when that is on. We all wear appropriate clothing at night, including slippers and fluffy socks, jim jams and dressing gowns.
Some suggestions to you would be turn your thermostat down, 18 degrees is hot enough, wrap up warm even when you are inside, it is winter. Use blankets to snuggle up in, get a mixer shower tap or a push on shower, it will be far cheaper than running a bath twice a day, or even don't run such a big bath, give yourself enough water to get washed in so you are not wasting it.
Curtains, as heavy as you can afford, charity shops are good places to pick these up, make sure you get them for your doors too, and either buy or make a draft excluder.
Use a microwave to cook your boiled eggs, or poach them using boiling water from the kettle.
I have a gas hob and use it constantly.
I really think the issue here is the temperature of your heating though and the baths.Starting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

You still don't seem to realise - 4 hours of heating and 2 baths - this is high usage!
It doesn't matter that it's only 1 radiator, if you live in a poorly insulated home then that one radiator is having all it's heat soaked up quickly and the boiler is having to do a lot of work to keep up. A modern well insulated home needs the heating one for about half an hour and then you're all set for the rest of the night.
2 baths? Most people see a bath as a once or twice a week luxury these days. If you are concerned about your bill then you need to get in the shower.
I dont see that as high usage! Half an hour at night? what good would that be? its hardly long enough to make any diference surely?0
