I got a ticket in leicester in a parking bay due to highly misleading signage and once I appealed, although they denied my appeal they never bothered chasing me (sadly actually cos I was gonna take em all the way to arbitration the sneaky robbing little shysters!)

Trust me these guys are 'Mr Loophole' for the masses!
