  • The clip strips come from the manufacturers with the product already attached, once it's empty it's binned and T staff take another full strip out of the box and hang it up.

All were doing is taking the rubbish away for them.

This could be why the SA at Ts today was happy for me to have the clip strip but not the contents

That's the way I look at it too HC :D:D Another form of wombling ;)
My clip strip just ended up in the trolley, and the guy on SS was training on his first night, him and the other guy with him both clocked it and didnt bat an eyelid

I'm thinking of other "suitable" uses for mine

Well I must say that the clipstrips are certainly adding a certain something to this year's Christmas decorations, judging by the photos, don't you think? :rotfl: :rotfl:

I got it :D with my 30p off Clipper tea coupon in the 1p teas - so paid £1.70 for a lovely tin & 80 tea bags (I know not 1p a bag but 2p but........)
They were hidden behind the normal boxed Clipper tea bags.

Again on the subject of ironing - i don't do it:j:j:j

I do the washing ( well my machine does) and OH does all the ironing, i did do his shirts a couple of times many years ago, and the creases were in the wrong places and also accidently on purpose put a seam down the front of his jeans; so now he does it all :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I must admit i praise him when he does it and he says look this is how you do it properly, but thats as close as i get to an iron :T:T:T:T
