I saw a couple of empty clipstrips in W!sbech store this afternoon and very nearly nicked 'em, but stopped myself in time, especially as I have already got my membership :o:o

I'm still on the look out, haven't managed to get one yet, but I'll keep trying ;) Need to come up with a good pose for when I do get my hands on one though :D

    Hi all

    Just caught up.... again!

Quite a productive quick trip to T's for me this evening. I only went to get potatoes, bread & milk. I came back with:

    2 x Ben 10 single duvet sets @ 81p each
    3 x Melitta Perfect Clean @ 1p each
    3 x Melitta Anti Calc @ 1p each
    1 x Deluxe Hamster Ball @ 50p
1 x Little Steps Mini Driver toy for £3.00

The hamster ball is supposed to be for "real" hamsters but for 50p I thought I would see if the Zhu Zhu hamsters would work in it!

Also, as someone has previously mentioned (sure it was on this thread but maybe not) the Little Steps toy range (Tesco's own) has been replaced by Carousel so anything in the Little Steps packaging probably scans quite cheap if you can find any. :)

    HTH :)

I will try to get a photo on in a while.

thanks would love a picture of the ben10 duvet covers if you get the time, it really helps to know which ones you are looking for when you have seen the picture :)

When I was in W!sbech store, which doesn't have a scanner, I asked the pharmacist who had his coat on ready to close shop, if he could just check a couple of prices for me as there are 'no labels up on them' and he did. First was one of the marinades, the hickory one I think, 79p that went back, then I gave his the Harry's Nuts salted peanuts and he said 'oh, they're 1p' and I said 'yes, they are selling them off' and then he scanned the Splenda sweeteners and said '1p again, you've got a bargain there'. I said, ooh lovely thanks and rushed to get more of them and put the marinade back

Going through the till with a very young male SA, he said 'do you know these nuts are only 1p?' I said yes, they are reduced. I don't know if they are any good but I'll put them out for New Years Eve and no-one will notice' and he just laughed. Then he spotted that the Splenda were 1p too and said 'great price, glad you got a few' 5 by the way, for my neighbour ;) Nice lad he was :D:D

OH is out tonight as well, it's my works night out next Friday night so I'll be missing in action on Fri night.... and could be a bit jaded on Sat too! lol
