What about a Teesside 'Parmo' club :D
Nice one, although I have to admit I'm not a great fan of Parmos unlike the rest of the family:o. Couldn't eat a whole one with all the "trimmings" (Soggy chips and creamed cabbage for those who haven't a clue what we are talking about:rotfl:) unless I was very hungry. Hope that doesn't undermine my credentials as a Smoggy:rotfl:

EDit Translation: Parmo = Chicken Parmesan a la Teesside. A local delicacy Lol !

  • I agree with you FK. I also wonder whether T uses DTD as a performance measure tool for each store, hence the reason some CS and managers act like the money is comming out of their own pocket i.e. it affects their bonuses etc. I don't work for Ts and I have no intention of asking the people I do know who do work there, just an idea I have.

You are quite right. Tesco is ALL about numbers. 1 in front, scan rates, waste quotas v discount quotas. They have a measure for EVEYTHING and you can be sure each store will have a quota for DTD and they will do their level best not to go over it or they end up in trouble.
