I knew I could count on youFunny how he can be nice when he wants something but the rest of the time he couldn't care less. In 6 months he hasn't even checked to see if I'm able to afford to feed & clothe his sons (I'm on maternity leave so not getting paid) - that's how much he cares.

im back -
only just finished writing my letter to Phillip Clarke.. lol.
hope he reads it, it was quite long...
how long does it usually take to get a response anyone please?
and thankyou to everyone who gave hugs... still feeling down in the dumps... think its just being fat and pregnant, heartburn and NEVER feeling comfortable.
Plus with the scratty cat pi$$ing in the new babys things - ended up chucking them out as even though they had been cleaned, steamed, sterelised etc - i just didnt feel right.... so gotta go and buy everything again tomorrow.... just hope baby doesnt come tonight as we have nothing to put her in and no hospital bag packed now.
Plus as we have just recently moved house.. everything is everywhere - just cant seem to get organised... plus its so hard not being able to move heavy boxes, just open them and move things in the boxes one at a time..... up and down the stairs is killing me!!
anyway - im off to bed now.
Good night all.
sweet dreams. xProud Mummy to a new little girl - Phoebe... born 11 days overdue on 3rd Jan 2012.0 -

Any suggestions?
No sounds reasonable to me. If he started the legal issues let him discuss it with your legal people, maybe you can agree new terms as he wants to adjust what he agreed to.
Meanwhile speak to the grandparents and invite them out with you and the kids, (try to separate them from him - in your mind) so the kids and the grand parents can continue a good relationship. Easy for me to say but hard in reality I know but worth trying all the same.I'd like to teach the World to sing in perfect Harmony:j

and CAZ - In my oppinion, i would grit your teeth and let him see the kids...
I know its hard - trust me, ive been there... but by stopping him from seeing them, and even though you are sticking to the times that were given by the court - it would only have a negative effect on your kiddiewinkles. Kids arent stupid, they can pick up on anything..
Hate him inside - but dont show it to your kids.... Grit your teeth, let him see them... but set restrictions, ay certain hurs, times etc.. that way you will still feel like you have control over the situation, but have the best interests of your kids at heart.
plus - i dunno how you get on with your exs' parents - sure i read that this was the reason for the change of access times - but if this is the reason - then im guessing that they only want to see their grandkids. ?
try and think - what would the kids want? - put all your negative feelings aside ... if at all possible. lol. xx
hope im not being unreasonable i saying this - just thought i would offer my oppionion... i have been there hun,...and TBH an going through something similar - so if you ever wanna chat PM me... if i can get it working! lol.Proud Mummy to a new little girl - Phoebe... born 11 days overdue on 3rd Jan 2012.0 -
