No Teds or Bells in my local Express (had to get Banana's honest....) but found them in my local Extra. Didn't try it though as I was busy looking for other stuff although no tea or lucozade since i emptied them last week.

I think they did have some of those cheap air fresheners though so will try them tomorrow (25p is ok...)

    Forgot about the Mingles :(

Just a note on the Teds. Said 50p or 4 for £1. Offer ends 25/12.

May try another Express tomorrow if it's still working. Niki which Exp did u empty tonight - H Town Centre?

Oh, and how did you take the actual clip strip lol

Well my little haul of goodies for yesterday and today include:

    • Tecknica Leather Digital Camera Case (Cream/Sky Blue) b/c 8323 - RTC SEL 20p - Scanned @ 20p
    • Hanging Basket Chain b/c 8339 - No SEL on clipstrip - Scanned @ 20p
    • Blue Spot placemat and coaster set (4 place settings) - b/c 3175 - RTC SEL £1.20 - Scanned @ 1p
Yesterday I used 3 JTD Price Check vouchers (£2 and £1.93 and £0.40) on a manned till ... I offered the fact that the receipts were in the fold of the printout and I asked for them to be returned (I have other "non compared" items on them which where bought as presents) ... SA said she wanted to keep the receipts but really didn't know what to do with them. I suggested she just sign and return them ... which she did but only after she checked with a plain clothes (off duty or undercover?) SA who was in the queue behind me! Coincidence? :D

Tonight I used another 2 (£0.15 and £1.85) on a SS till but didn't offer the receipts when the SA acknowledged them and she didn't ask to see them either.

TBH I hadn't even thought of using reprinting and using JTD Price Check vouchers more than once and it's something I wouldn't do. It will be registered somewhere that the bar code has already been scanned ... and if you have used your CC on original shop or on the discounted shop then it can be traced back to you. Plus I'm no politician so I'm not going to risk being done for fraud for the odd £2 here and there. ;)

"Yes" ... I have had a couple of bigger JTD vouchers (thanks to the Guylian chocs which are wrapped and under the tree) and "Yes" I did purchase these in the knowledge that I'd get a JTD :j How dare they get away with ridulous over-pricing so that they can offer future 'price drops'. In my own tiny mind I'm getting my own back on their arrogance ... plus it's a bit of fun/excitement (yeah I know I should get out more often). :rotfl:

I'm def gonna be on the look out for teddies tomorrow ... thanks HC and the undercover reporter.

Does anyone know if Metros usually have the same pricing as Expresses? I might be passing one tomorrow.

:rotfl::rotfl:Think Mel 1979a should be the treasurer - based on her skills at working out multiples of 3 and 4 to be 28 and 30 and then admitting she was an accountant !!!!

Obviously catching as I'm an ACA and I didn't spot it either!!! But numbers never were my thing.....

I really would make a good treasurer, I would look after all the pennies, and you never know they may turn into ££££s with the help of Mr. T. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
