I have checked my preferences and they have noever been changed also never recieved an email like that cause i never shop online at Tesco but thanks anyway. i have emailed them and just waiting to hear.

Afternoon all, it has taken me an age to (almost) catch up you chatty lot!!!

I can't comment on the reasons some codes seem to have been allowed and others not, but my understanding is that when manufacturers supply vouchers and codes they budget for take-up at a certain (low) level.

When these codes and vouchers get posted on a site like MSE their budget is basically blown out of the window and they have very little control over it - they can get online coupons taken down (which is why it's best to save any that you will use :cool:) and they can threaten action if anyone appears to be promoting their continued use.
