Awww hope they are both better soon caz x DD2 had that for 4 days last week and DS is just getting over it

Thank you hon xx
The last time DS1 was ill he had a roaring temp of just about 40C on the Sunday night after a weekend of alternating paracetamol & nurofen and pretty much nil by mouth. The best I could do was bath him at 11pm in just above freezing water then I had him in the bath again at 7am after waking every hour or so to check his temp and make sure he was still breathing.
The hardest bit is having to do it all on my own but it's made me a stronger person knowing I can deal with 2 sick kids at the same time as I'm not well. The easiest bit is not having to deal with man flu

** Sorry, I forgot my manners. Thank you for asking
**
Touch wood so far so good. DS1 just woke up but got him down again. He was smart a few weeks ago and was able to tell me he wanted to be sick, giving me enough time to get out of puking range. Unfortunately now his favourite word is "sick" so I never know if he means it or is just messing with my head.
It's hard as DS1 won't sleep on his own since his dad left so the dreaded night time sick incident has already happened and I tell thee, trying to get a sick child cleaned up at 2am then realising that he caught the duvet is not a good feeling. Thankfully I had a cheap one from (you guessed it) Ts in the spare room otherwise I don't know what I would have done
Little darlings aren't they! :rotfl:
Hope they are both well soon though, it's horrible when they're ill....those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Feel for ya hun. I hate it when tummy bugs hit as my washing builds up and it is sooooo much worse in winter as I can't get the things dry quick enough. Big hugzAvatar courtesey of HC :beer:0 -
