Dripping tap - who is responsible.

    Not that the OP has mentioned what type of taps he has but I'm glad someone else has pointed out the issues with ceramic disc taps which I have here and for those I'd say replacing the cartridge goes beyond the above mentioned little jobs about the place that fall to a tenant. If nothing else as they are expensive, when we had to change one the only reliable fit I could find was from a local shop ordering one from the manufacturer and it was twenty five quid. The local shop thought I should get a whole new tap for that price. Next time I am going to try your tips :)
