I've had one of these for about two years. Its great and a steal at £20 quid. The bread when cooked suffers from a bit of crust where the mixing paddle sits. This is a slight waste but the results are pretty good. It has a timer and can sit overnight and produce fresh bread for the morning. Make sure you follow the instructions for the recipes as they are very precise.
Top saving tip: Just use the dough making facility and make rolls. Bake these in Yorkshire pudding tins. Two tins for 8 rolls they take 15 mins to cook, a loaf takes an hour. Freeze the rolls you don't use immediately. No wasted crusts. We make organic wholemeal rolls with seeds cheaper than you can buy the shop bought puffed up stuff.

Thankyou.
how much quicker is fastbake please my morphy richards takes 3hrs would this one take less?
thanks0 -
Fastbake large takes 1hr 15m, fastbake small takes 1hr 10m.
Basic large takes 3hr, basic small 2hr 53m.
Fastbake is a compromise and is not as tasty as the basic programme.
With the timer, as long as you plan, you can make the bread for whenever you want.
Just using the machine on the dough only programme takes 1 hr 30m. You can then cook the dough in your own tins.
Also does jam, cake, wholemeal (large 3hr 40m) etc etc...

Yes! Not tried it yet, so can't comment on the finished bread, but it looks promising!0 -
There was only one left at my local branch and it wasn't reduced! Took it up to CS to check, and still £39.99.
