Excellent Service from Orange

I called Orange to pay my bill yesterday and asked the girl what "Open Access" at £3.40 per month was. She said Internet access. Well, spitting feathers I was ..... I've never asked for that or used it and she then informed me it has been on my bill since Oct 2003! (Stupid me for not looking!!)
She could not refund, so I wrote a letter of complaint rather like the letters to claim back unfair bank charges which I happened to be reading at the time.
Today I receive a call from Alan and Rosie at Orange apologising profusely, they have credited my account with the full £160 (I didn't push for interest at 8%), and they are going to upgrade my contract (possibly add some more calling minutes) and will call back on Monday once I've chosen a new phone.
Thank you Orange, that really is excellent customer service. No messing around, just sorting the problem. Happy Customer :-)

Thats is very nice of them.
Most networks would give a good will gesture but not the full amount.:wave: Smile, you only get one life, LIVE IT.0 -
I have also had great customer service from Orange. My mobile phone charger was faulty. I called CS they had a new one sent out to me the next day (a sunday) and gave a two hour time bracket that the courier would call. The chap even said they would have delivered on a bank holiday if it was the next day. That is quality customer service. well done Orange.0
