Friend of mine phoned me the other night with the same problem, they wanted £10.35 P&P. She also had a problem with the voucher code, she had seen that she needed to wait until after 8pm to use it, so tried it at around 8.30pm, it still would not work. She then emailed them to explain what had happened and got this reply:
Hi,
Sorry about that, could you please proceed you check out and place your order and after that please email me your paypal email address and i will issue you refund for the overpayment, if you have not got paypal account please send us postage cost as guest customer.

They wanted her to pay nearly £90 plus £10.35 P&P and then refund her!
That is when she rang me. I advised her to get in contact with groupon and ask for a refund, there is no way that I would trust this company.

I am sad to see that others have had the same problem with them, but I must admit, it is a relief at the same time to know that it is not just me being cynical.

Hey just to update anyone who has these, I emailed them to complain about postage costs and they have refunded me for the extra so only paid £3.45 delivery for 3 of them in the end. Quality is pretty horrendous though, thin fleece, makes your hair stand on end, dont look anything like the picture.

I also ordered 3 and was charged the really high delivery price. I tried to contact them , but no answer and the blankets didn't arrive until the day after I raised a paypal dispute (conveniently on next day delivery?!). When they arrived the package didn't say who it was from and so I couldn't refuse it (no dispatch email as promised either!). I opened it and the items are well dodgy - the box has been tampered with so that the rrp (£14.99) has been removed! The blankets are the worst quality and not as pictured. I am requesting a full refund from both groupon and paypal for the postage.

Glad I found this thread - I originally wanted a refund but groupon wished me to try the service first. Emailed the company stating about getting a lower postage cost - 10 pounds for 3 thin blankets is abut much.

I got this awful worded email in reply -


HI,

sorry i don't know where you have read that we do less payment from paypal, unfortunately you have to pay full amount as it costing us to send you the item,

Such awful English and grammar makes me question this company.

Steer clear ! It makes me question groupon - I've had good experiences to date but this company just rings warning bells!

Aaaahhh wish I had read this post! Ordered a Vouchercloud deal on 30th March for some luggage and still have not received it - it said 28 working days for delivery so chased them on 5th June and they said the Paypal payment had only gone through that day which was a lie as it went straight out of my account in March! They said it would be sent that day but still no joy after they stated that they would get back to me with Royal Mail tracking number! Now Vouchercloud are saying that as the voucher has expired (26th April) they no longer have any responsibilities!

Purchased some clothing in July and paid via paypal. Have never received the goods despite a number of contact forms being sent! And they never reply.
