Just phone the normal egg number, and the people you speak to should be able to put the dispute in for you. The dispute dept. will contact you direct if they need to, but they dont give out a phone number until they contact you.

I may be wrong here but if Arnold Clarke have offered to have it looked at by a senior technician, then they are now being reasonable and addressing your concerns. If, after making your complaint you deprive them of the oportunity to rectify a fault or complaint, it could now be looked at that you are being unreasonable should it start having the involvement of small claims, trading standards ect. I know that Clarkes have a bad rep, but the first thing they are going to say if the complaint progresses is "Well we offered to have it looked at again but Ms XYZ refused this offer". There a!se is now covered and you could lose out. If you googled ANY naitionwide dealer Clarkes, Vardy, Pendragon, CD Brammel, they will all come back with pages and pages of horror stories but then people have their hands tied to a point because these big firms have such a monopoly on the market.

I would put it down to experience and never use AC again.

PS - Always get your old parts back after a garage visit - they are yours after all. You have to tell them in advance though.
