SimplifyDigital WRONG information on O2 deals!

Hi everyone,
SimplifyDigital had a O2 deal for home boardband which will give me 50pound cash back, and 3 months for non-O2 customers.
I ordered yesterday, and now O2 sent me an email about the order. on the order it only 2months free.
I called SimplifyDigital and they said is a fault of the web, and they can't do anything.
I felt like been cheated and I have to pay extra months for the broadband.
And now I start wondering will I have a cash back or not.
Anyone have the same situation? how you resolve that?

SimplifyDigital called me this morning. they compensate 1 month cost of the broadband - 17.50 pound will be sent by cheque.0

Firstly, huge apologies for the mix-up. The offer changed to 2 months free (from 3 months free) on the last day of the cashback deal, but you should still have received 3 months free, and even when you didn't it should still have been possible to resolve this for you on yor first call to us. Apologies again that this wasn't the case.
As it is, we have increased the amount of cashback to cover the extra month's cost, and added a bit extra to cover the inconvenience of this for you.
