!00% Cashback?!?

There are lots of deals available that claim to offer 100% cashback, such as the one below. If you don't exceed the monthly minutes and texts allowance, then the whole thing is FREE.

Am I missing something here? Surely this is the cheapest way of running a mobile phone. I must admit I haven't done it myself because I'm nervous about ever receiving the cashback! How do the companies make any money (aside from the people who forget to claim their cashback)?

Has anyone done it? Did it work out to be free?

People forgetting to ask for the cashback

People not understanding the procedure and not being able to claim within the correct timeframe.

I have out a Mobile phone via CPW, - (O2), I have to make a claim on the
4th, 8th & 12th Month to date I have had no problems - rec'd 1st cashback for £120.00, I have just sent of for my 2nd cash back another £120.00, at the end of the day the phone actually cost nothing, unless you go over your allowance of 200minutes or 100text messages.

To remind you of your cashback dates set it up on your Computer or Mobile Phone, you have 60days to return a copy of your Invoice for the relevant month - which I send RECORDED DELIVERY.

So definitely would recommed CPW - No Problems - HAPPY DAYS:beer:
