Out of interest, I just contacted them and they have confirmed they will be Shortly reducing their prices in proportion to the drop by BG.0

Thanks Phoebe,i was wondering just when they might act.Overall i am quite happy with Atlantic.I saved money by moving from Powergen and got my bonus back very swiftly.I was giving it time for all the other companies to decide on prices, but if they reduce theirs soon i shall definitely stay with them.0

I just can't get any sense out of them. I spoke to an advisor who asked me for my new Gas meter reading, seriel number, old index and new index numbers etc. This was a real mess about as it was right in the bottom of a dark cupboard. Suffice to say when another adviser rang me a week later she had no recolection of these numbers and I had to give them all again. I am still waiting to hear from them but I won't hold my breath. Everytime I speak to them they seem to be making figures up as they go along, changing them and moving the goalposts. Very confusing and frustrating. I am not giving in though as there is no way my electricity usage is £58 a month. My wife and I in a 2 bed semi, Gas heating and both at work all week. Hardly use anything.0

Just worked out I have missed loyalty payments for 2004 & 2005 totaling £244!! Talked to them about Gas then 'phoned Electricity number and spoke to the same woman!
Their bill format changes every time and is not the clearest but they are cheap!0 -
