Recommend package - very low user

I have just bought a laptop for parents who also want internet access.

I really want a cheap low user package a bit like the old dial up pay as you go 1p a min connections but broadband.

Paying £15 a month for a few hours net access seems excessive.

Any ideas

They are not in a telewest or ntl zones.

Dont really want to merge phone and bb packages although the pipex one seems good value if that is the only route

If you go to http://www.dslzoneuk.net/isp_ratings.php and scroll down the page, ISPs are listed, fastest at the top. Many have lower prices for light users.
