I discovered the website zapper (like music magpie but also does books) last night so I've gone through most of my books (not the tatty ones) to check if they would buy them - I have a list of 22 I've read that they will buy off me for £27.36 and I've got a pile of 15 put aside as my 'next books to read' as they are also ones the website is willing to buy. I'll send off my first lot in the week and let you know how I get on (whether they pay out the agreed value, how long the process takes etc).

*Edited to say I went on to webuybooks too and have now split the books I've read between the two sites according to which one was offering more money on an individual book basis and have now pushed that amount up to about £35 provided the pay out the amounts stated.*

    Happy New Year everyone!

Woke up to an email from Quidco for £1.16 which is going into the bank and £10 from eBay so I'm off the blocks!

I'm technically down £80 as the car broke down very unexpectedly a couple of days ago but I think I can absorb this during the month. And we did save about £100 on the labour cost by hubby doing it instead.

Off to look st that zapper book site later! Also got another £7.50 in vivatec so off to do some more surveys and push it up to the £25 pay out.

EBay is going well and apart from my hubby's birthday we are trying to push for a non impulsive buying month.
Cabot (0%) left to pay £2455 let the overpayments commence! :D

    Everyone added and spreadsheet sent.

I have loads of requests for the spreadsheet, some from people not even on the challenge and lots arent including their email address, so I am sorry to say I wont be emailing it out anymore, I just dont have the time, Sorry everyone. Its just a very basic spreadsheet and may not even be relevant to you anyway.

Prehaps one of the other challengers who has it can forward it on or someone can post a link to it on this thread, Each time I long on I have 20+ requests for it and I cant keep up :(

ANyway today is kick off and I woke up to an email from lotto to say we won £10 on the draw last night. Nice one

    GOOD LUCK ALL

I've found the spreadsheet to be very useful, so if it's ok with Mennie I don't mind sending it onto people if they PM me their email address.

    Happy New Year everyone!

  • Happy new year everyone,

I would like to join the challenge too please. This month will be the first that I am paid only statutory maternity pay, gulp. I have already made £3 this year from a mystery shopping job, only £2009 to go!
  • I'm signing up to as many survey sites as possible and so far have joined:

    Ipsos
    Gratispoints
    Onepoll

Plus I had my first ever payment from Quidco today - not as much as most of you (£1.61) but I've paid the £5 admin payment so hopefully it should be bigger next time!
