Hi there,
I think the £2012in 2012 is a great idea – challenging but realistic. I have started a smallbusiness.
Have a look at enpower business kits for some great ideas. I love the soapmaking!
Good luck!

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
I have finally ordered some soapnuts to try after them being recommended on this thread. I will let you know how they work out.
Got a few bids on e*ay and some watchers too. Really hoping to make some money this time.
Trying to build up my stockpile again when the offers are on in the supermarket. I like to feel prepared for any impending apocolypse or just a rough winter. Been looking at some of the other threads of how to get winter ready on the cheap.🎄PAYDBXMAS21 #11 £11,300/£11300

99p on ebay woop woop!
and don't lose heart sexymouse, Its a lot more than you would have had if you hadn't of done it. And i've always admired the way you did one thing and saved every penny- ask them to recommend you to friends- good babysitters are hard to get, and are trusted through recommendations .
Over half of mine was tax rebates, but now the habit is ingrained and I just can't spend money anymore0 -
Sold a dress for £27 today and saved £5 off my shopping as I had a voucher.
Also added to stockpile so anything with a good sell by date that was half price, I doubled up on, so teabags, pasta flour and sugar all stashed away.
Saved approx £25 last night as went out for tea with family and someone else insisted on paying.
Got some stuff on e*ay that ends friday night, so will have more to add then hopefully.
Sexy mouse, I agree with Bess, you have done great so far and should be proud of what you have achieved. I bet that money goes some way towards the cost of preparing for your new arrival.
I,m sure you have already thought of this, but I used to always stock up on nappies and everything when the supermarkets have their baby events on. You can never have too many nappies. Also, when they have outgrown stuff, the NCT can be a good way to sell it on.🎄PAYDBXMAS21 #11 £11,300/£11300

completely lost- national/natural ? childbirth trust- lots of secondhand sales of baby/kid stuff0
-
Completely lost- it stands for national childbirth trust. There is usually an organisation in most areas. One of the things they do here to raise funds is they hold a nearly new sale twice a year. You can buy and sell there. If you sell, you need to register with them locally, you drop your stuff off on the day of the sale and then they sell it for you and send you a cheque. Mine do take 30% comission for the charity. However, you do tend to get a better price for your stuff. They have pretty strict guidelines about selling so be sure you familiarise yourself with the specifications to avoid disappointment.
You can also sell items on your local netmums forum ( hope i,m allowed to name them). HTH:)🎄PAYDBXMAS21 #11 £11,300/£11300
