Hi all managed to save £200 so far in may from shopping savings with bogof's, coupons and half price savings including doubled up coupons from Tesco's exchange.
Managed to get my youngests winter coat. On sale at £20 when it should have been £60:eek: Then did voucher exchange online and also bought 3 school shirt's + 1 smart shirt, which was half price at £7 total with P+P £37.95p ( I dont live near a big Tesco's and I have no transport) coupons applyed £30 off so just paid £7.95p
I was very proud of all my savings just hope when it comes it all fits and he likes it:A
Just thought I'd update you all on my crabby neighbour situation thought I was going to have to put up some screens, fencing, willow, something. Now shes decided she likes me:eek: but am still warry of her being overly nice to me:cool: keep you posted.

I cant see my large savings each month will carry on after next month as I'm taking a big drop in my money each month by £250 pounds which is roughly what i've been saving:mad: Oh well, god knows how I'm going to cope with the huge drop in income but I'll have to cross that bridge when I come to it. If only the stores here in England did mega good coupons like they do in America i'd know I'd be fine:(

Not sure when I last posted my totals they are so far:

    January: £156.40
    February : £6.29
    March: £12.51
    April: £245.98

    Bringing a total of £421.18

My May total is going to be over £250 so really picking up now! This is all actual extra money made by selling stuff, doing surveys, cashback or roadkill.

I claimed $15 from Superpoints this week (approx £9).

Slow and steady does it Babnie, it's a year long challenge :)

I know, but it just doesn't seem to be happening.

Do not know what else i can do.

But as you say, slow and steady. I will brainstorm on the weekend.

Yay! I'm off the mark for May with £10 to put in from picking up kids from school last night. Babysitting again tonight, so hopefully will have some more to add to the pot tomorrow. Think it's going to be a very slow month this month though.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

found a £20 pound note on the floor today!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then a 20pence piece on the train seat. I've been looking for roadkill for 5 months lol, and it all came along at once .

Spent ages working out how I could hand it in, as I found one outside a bank last year and had it sent to me when it wasnt claimed, but I was surrounding by flash advertising companies and wouldnt trust them not to pocket it.
