I did this too! I literally crammed in all the hours I possibly could during xmas week as now have to drop back down to my usual hours due to uni course. Hopefully should be reflected somewhat nicely when pay comes through!

  • Could I please join in?

I made about £1400 from selling my old stuff on amazon/ebay in 2011, so this amount seems achievable! I will probably try and make the majority of the money from selling on ebay, but I might also look into taking on a second job. I also am hoping for some local election work - I work for the council so get the chance to sign up for vote counting. It generally pays about £80 for 6 hours or so. It's worth looking out for this, I don't think you always need to work for the council.

    Count me in ! ! !
I have been following this site for over 6 months and find most of the people on here genuine and very helpfull.
I'm looking to try a number of options, the first selling old items no longer used on E-bay / car boots.
Good luck everyone and all the very best with the 12K in the year 2012.

    Hello everyone,

I've been looking for something to join to make me focus a bit more on spending etc so this one sounds perfect. Am due a baby in May and have saved some money already for maternity leave but an extra 2 thousand would give me a bit more time off.

    I'm going to do:

    Cashback
    Ebay
    Boot sales

I know I'm also able to claim some money back for my NUT subscription as a tax thing, but would this count?

    Thanks,

    Nuninge x
