How much does each network charge for delivery reports? Their websites seem elusive on this subject...

if they charge, its 1penny. seems that older accounts are free as they should be, but new accounts(paym/paygo) some charge.0

In June this year, Three introduced a 1p charge for SMS delivery reports. The charge applies to new and old customers.0
